Can I Eat Hot Sauce During Phase 2?

There are many ways to get creative with your food during Phase 2, and using hot sauce is one of them!

While most hot sauces have sugar in them, there are a few that are Phase 2 friendly. Please read the labels to make sure that there no sugars or starches when shopping.

Frank’s Original Hot Sauce is one of our favorites, the only ingredients are: Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt, Natural Flavor, and Garlic Powder; And it’s readily available at most grocery stores.

*Some of Frank’s other varieties contain ingredients that are not Phase 2 friendly, so make sure you pick the one labeled “original”.
